Walking and running are great exercises but need to be fun if you are going to keep them up. That's where Didcot Hash House Harriers come in.
We go out with friends, following a trail through glorious meadows and woodlands at our own pace and top it off with a drink and sometimes a nibble at a lovely pub!
In summer time Didcot Hash meet at a different pub every Tuesday evening at 7pm and follow a trail (usually somewhere between 3 and 5 miles) that circles back to the pub. In winter as daylight fades we switch to Sunday mornings at 11am.
'Hashing' is non competitive - we are there to have fun! Hashing is a social way to get outdoors with regular groups of walkers and runners, so whatever your fitness level you can give it a go.
